How long do your parties last?: Most party hire packages last between 2-4 hours, depending on the service. We are happy to discuss extended hire times or tailor a package to suit your event schedule.
What safety measures do you have in place?: ✔️ All our soft play, inflatables, and equipment are fully sanitised before and after each hire. And are pipa annually

Do you require a deposit to book?: Yes, we may require a small deposit to secure your booking, with the balance payable before or on the day of the event. We will confirm all payment details when you book.
Can I book more than one service for the same event?: Yes, many customers combine mascot visits, soft play, discos and party extras to create a more complete party experience.
How far in advance should I book?: We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for busy weekends and popular party seasons.
